At Lonza Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

Pack the Shoes

Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days of receipt.
